World Snow Day Awards are on

02. February 2023
The World Snow Day Awards recognize the best actions to bring children to the snow on World Snow Day. The Awards are carried out every two years and are a highlight for many of the event organisers.

With 2023 being an Awards year, Organisers have gone above and beyond for their events and now begun entering the Awards. Entry into the Awards is straight forward. After World Snow Day Organisers are asked to submit a report of their event on www.worldsnowday.com. As a lot of effort goes into these reports, therefore the World Snow Day team makes these reports the nomination form for the World Snow Day Awards. Easy.

To increase the chance of Organisers winning a prize four categories have been established. They are:
1. Line honors – For the first event to register for World Snow Day 2023
2. Best World Snow Day – For events over 500 persons
3. Best Small World Snow Day – For events under 500 persons
4. Most Creative World Snow Day – For the events with the most unique and innovative ideas to bring children to the snow.

Each category winner is rewarded with cash prizes except the “Most Creative” category winner. The winner of this category will receive a professional film crew to document their subsequent World Snow Day event.
